With over nine years of experience in assurance, financial analysis, budgeting, and auditing, Winston is a seasoned accounting professional committed to elevating financial reporting standards. Having worked across The Netherlands, Curaçao, and Suriname, Winston brings a wealth of international experience, particularly in auditing large conglomerates and advising government bodies on financial audit and corporate governance matters.
Currently serving as Manager, Winston specializes in evaluating the accuracy of financial statements and enhancing internal controls to ensure full compliance with laws and regulations. His expertise spans IFRS and other reporting frameworks, making him a trusted advisor in complex financial environments.
A graduate of the University of Amsterdam with a Master’s in Accounting & Control, Winston has completed the theoretical component of the Register Accountant program and is in the final year of the practical phase. He is also pursuing the Suriname Chartered Accountant qualification through the Suriname Chartered Accountants Institute.
Beyond his technical acumen, Winston is passionate about nurturing talent—he has supervised assurance interns, mentored accounting students in Suriname, and supported businesses with audit readiness services.
