What does your work look like?

You support the Marketing & Communication department in the field of digital communication. As a Digital Marketing Specialist, you are an important link in the marketing team and you contribute to the success of the company. You have a passion for digital marketing and are always looking for ways to improve campaign performance and take advantage of new opportunities.

What we are looking for

The GT Ambassador:

•      Supports the Marketing & Communication Manager and any external parties in developing and implementing the digital marketing strategy;

•      Co-develops and creates marketing campaigns;

•      Manages (in collaboration with Marketing & Communication Manager and any external parties) the social media pages of Grant Thornton Curaçao, St. Maarten and Suriname and keeps them up to date;

•      Manages (in collaboration with Marketing & Communication Manager and any external parties) the website of Grant Thornton Curaçao, St. Maarten and Suriname and keeps it up to date;

•      Analyzes data through Google Analytics to measure campaign performance and reports on results;

•      Identifies new developments in the field of digital communication and advises on this;

•      Designs content for both online and offline advertisements on behalf of the Marketing & Communication Manager;

•      Performs all other activities that are an extension of the position.

As Digital Marketing Specialist you recognize yourself in the following profile:

•      Bachelor’s degree, preferably towards marketing, communication or a related field;

•      Knowledge of computer programs, such as MS Office, internet applications and graphic design programs such as Adobe InDesign and Adobe Photoshop;

•      Experience with Google Analytics and knowledge of SEO and SEA;

•      Good communicative skills; excellent command of Dutch and English in word and writing.
