Lennox is a Consultant within our Advisory services, supporting clients in improving governance, strengthening compliance, and driving process efficiency. He combines analytical problem-solving with a structured and practical approach, helping organizations translate complex challenges into clear, actionable solutions. Known for his clear communication and organized delivery, Lennox supports clients in enhancing control environments and operational performance.
In his role, Lennox contributes to internal audit engagements, project governance, and risk management initiatives. His work includes reviewing project controls, strengthening compliance frameworks, and supporting process improvement efforts using Lean Six Sigma methodologies. He has experience across public sector and financial services environments, where he supports organizations in improving oversight, managing risks, and enhancing decision-making through structured analysis and reporting.
Lennox brings a disciplined and results-oriented mindset to his work, focusing on delivering measurable improvements and sustainable outcomes. He is committed to supporting clients in strengthening their processes and achieving greater efficiency, while continuously developing his expertise in governance, risk, and performance management. Outside of work, Lennox is actively involved in youth initiatives and community leadership.
