Meet Jan Ludolf
Jan Ludolf Heeres is a Partner leading our Advisory services, with more than 20 years of experience in audit, risk management, and advisory services for both public and private sector organizations. He has been active in the profession since 2003 and qualified as a Register Accountant in 2009.
His areas of expertise include governance, risk and compliance (GRC), internal audit, IT audit, and sustainability-related services. Jan Ludolf has extensive international experience, having worked in the Netherlands and abroad, including a multi-year assignment in Chicago. He supports organizations in strengthening internal control frameworks and navigating complex regulatory and operational environments.
In addition to his client work, Jan Ludolf plays a key role in driving operational excellence within the firm. He has led major transformation initiatives. Known for his pragmatic and structured approach, he helps organizations improve governance, drive digitalization, and make better decisions in an increasingly complex environment.
