Farine is an Associate Partner in our Tax Services practice with more than 30 years of experience as a professional tax advisor. She works closely with her clients to address complex tax matters, providing clear and practical guidance in both local and international tax environments.
Her areas of expertise include local and international tax structuring, tax planning, and cross-border advisory. Farine has built extensive experience across a wide range of industries, including hospitality, transportation and logistics, construction, offshore companies and banks, public companies, telecommunications, and oil and gas.
Throughout her career, Farine has supported clients in mergers and acquisitions, fiscal due diligence, and tax-efficient cross-border restructuring. Known for her approachable and client-focused style, she prioritizes building long-term relationships and delivering solutions that are tailored to each client’s specific needs.
