What does your work look like?

As a security analyst, you help our customers translate issues in the cyber and information security management field into powerful solutions using our latest trending software and applications. To achieve the best results, you combine your knowledge of Information Security / Cyber Risk with your experience with our software solutions. You listen carefully to the customers, identify their needs, and design, implement, and test these using management software and measurement tools.

What we are looking for

The GT Ambassador:

1.   Quickly masters our GRC software and cybersecurity applications such as Zenya, CERRIX, Security Scorecard, and Secquard (initially under the guidance of a mentor);

2.   Answers questions from customers about the use of our software, advise and help them solve problems and issues related to using these applications;

3.   Designs and implements information and cybersecurity frameworks according to the customers’ needs;

4.   Manages the clients’ security frameworks and report to them periodically;

5.   Analyzes and evaluates potential risks and security issues within an organization's operations, processes, and systems;

6.   Together with the consultants, he/she conducts comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability and recommend mitigation strategies;

7.   Monitors and assesses the effectiveness of risk management and security control measures, and propose improvements as needed using our measurement tools;

8.   Collects and analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of security issues or cyber risks;

9.   Develops and maintains documentation, including risk registers, security control plans, and incident reports;

10.  Stays updated on industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes that may impact your clients’ information security management;

11.  Prepares reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to senior management or other relevant stakeholders.

 As Security Analyst you recognize yourself in the following profile:

•              Bachelor's degree in computer science, information security, or a related field. Relevant certifications (e.g., CISSP, CISM, CRISC) are a plus;

•              Knowledge of and/or experience with information security frameworks such as ISO27001 - Information Security Management, GDPR, HIPAA, NIST, and CIS is a major plus;

•              Proven experience as a Security Analyst or in a similar role, with a focus on information security, data protection, privacy, and risk management;

•              Strong knowledge of GRC (Governance, Risk, and Compliance) and cybersecurity software and applications;

•              Proven experience as an application manager or in a similar role;

•              Strong understanding of application development methodologies and frameworks;

•              Experience in conducting security assessments, risk analysis, and vulnerability management;

•              Familiarity with project management principles and practices;

•              Ability to manage multiple applications and projects simultaneously;

•              Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;

•              Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations;

•              Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining confidentiality and integrity of information;

•              Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
