 What does your work look like?

As a Risk & Quality Analyst, you help our customers translate issues in the quality and risk management field into powerful solutions using our Governance, Risk & Compliance (GRC) software and applications. To achieve the best results, you combine your knowledge of risk and quality with your experience with our software solutions. You listen carefully to the customers, identify their needs, and design, implement, and test these using GRC software.

You provide solutions that help our customers take a step further in the field of quality and risk management. In other words: your knowledge, project management skills, customer focus, application management, and analytical skills will certainly come in handy! After successfully completing such an implementation, you can also share your knowledge and experiences with your consultancy and sales colleagues. And who knows, with your commercial drive you could immediately convince the customer of our other solutions in the field of software and managed services!

What we are looking for

The GT Ambassador:

•              Masters our GRC software and applications such as Zenya and CERRIX (initially under the guidance of a mentor);

•              Answers questions from customers about the use of our software, advise and help them solve problems and issues related to our software solutions;

•              Designs and implements risk & quality frameworks according to the customer’s needs;

•              Manages the client’s quality & risk frameworks and report to them periodically;

•              Analyzes and evaluates potential risks and quality issues within an organization's operations, processes, and systems;

•              Together with the consultants you conduct comprehensive risk assessments to identify potential areas of vulnerability and recommend mitigation strategies;

•              Monitors and assesses the effectiveness of risk management and quality control measures, and propose improvements as needed;

•              Collects and analyzes data to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of quality issues or risks;

•              Develops and maintains documentation, including risk registers, quality control plans, and incident reports;

•              Stays updated on industry trends, emerging risks, and regulatory changes that may impact the organization's risk and quality management;

•              Prepares reports and presentations to communicate findings, recommendations, and progress to senior management or relevant stakeholders.

As Risk & Quality Analyst you recognize yourself in the following profile:

1.           HBO Education level, preferably in Business IT & Management, Information Systems or a related field;

2.           Bachelor's degree in computer science, information technology, or a related field (or equivalent work experience);

3.           Knowledge of and/or experience with Quality and Risk frameworks such as ISO9001 - Quality Management Systems and ISO 31000 - Risk Management is a major plus;

4.           Proven experience as an application manager or in a similar role;

5.           Strong understanding of application development methodologies and frameworks;

6.           Familiarity with project management principles and practices;

7.           Ability to manage multiple applications and projects simultaneously;

8.           Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;

9.           Experience in vendor management and contract negotiations;

10.        Ability to create and maintain technical documentation.
