What does your work look like?  
As a Financial Administrator, you will ensure smooth and accurate financial operations, with a strong focus on accounts payable. We value digital skills and an innovative mindset, encouraging you to identify process improvements and contribute to efficiency. 

What are your main responsibilities?  

  • Checking, verifying, and processing purchase invoices to ensure timely payments to suppliers. 
  • Processing expense claims, coding accounts, and booking documents.
  • Handling inquiries regarding payments and invoices.
  • Gathering and preparing financial data for month-end closing and other reporting purposes closing.
  • Support data entry and reconciliation tasks.
  • Identifying opportunities to improve AP processes and enhance accuracy.

Your profile:  

  • Degree in Business Administration or Finance (MBO or bachelor’s level). 
    3+ years’ experience in finance or bookkeeping, preferably in accounts payable.
  • Comfortable working with financial software and Excel.
  • Experience with Power BI and Profit is a plus.
  • Excellent administrative and accuracy skills.
  • Interest in continuous improvement and digitalization.  
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English and Dutch.
  • Proactive, structured, and adaptable, with a flexible mindset to take on tasks beyond the job description when needed.
